MAILANCHI..



Mailanchi is a temporary art of skin decoration for women.mehandi or henna is the leaf of the plant "MARUTHONNI".this leaf is made into paste and applied in the fingertips,palms,nails,hands and sole of the feet.after a few hours , it is washed off.it will leave behind some dark red impression on the applied area.

it signifies life and prosperity at the time of various special occasions.mehandi is yet another traditional,exciting pre wedding ceremony.mehandi is one of the sixteen adornments of bride and her beauty is incomplete without it according to Muslim belief's.

WATERFALLS IN KERALA..(india)....tourist destination...............

WHAT CONSTITUTES A COMPLAINT ?


A complaint in writing should state whether one has sufferd a loss due to unfair trade practice,the goods are brought defective,the services mentioned suffer from deficiencies,the trader has charged a price in excess of the price displayed on the goods

WHERE TO FILE A COMPLAINT ?
If the cost of the goods or services and the compensation asked for is less than rupees one lackh,then in District forum,more than one lakh but less than 10 lakhs then the State commission,for more than 10 lakhs at the National commission,New Delhi

HOW TO FILE A COMPLAINT ?

The complaint can be maid in person or by any authorised agent or by post.There is no fee to be paid.Give the facts relating to the complaints when and were it is arose supported if possible by any document,along with signature,name and address

RELIEF AVAILABLE TO CONSUMER

The redressal forum may give orders for removal of defects from goods,replacement of goods,refund of the price etc

TIME LIMIT FOR DECIDING THE CASE.

The national commission,state commission,or district forum are required to decide complaints as far as possible with in the period of 3 months from the date of notice received by the opposite party where complaint does not require testing of the commodities

The martial art form of kerala is regarded as the oldest and most scientific in the world.
Training in combat is given at the kalari (training school).this marital arts begins with oil massage of the body which goes on until the body is agile and supple.feats like chattom (jumbing),ottam(running),marichil (somersault)etc.are then thought,followed by lessons in the use of weapons such as daggers,sword,spears,maces,the bow and arrow,and so on.
