Jellyfish .......with umbrella-shaped bells and trailing tentacles,

Jellyfish are mainly free-swimming marine animals with umbrella-shaped bells and trailing tentacles, Although a few are not mobile, being anchored to the seabed by stalks.

The bell can pulsate to provide propulsion and highly efficient locomotion.
The tentacles are armed with stinging cells and may be used to capture prey and defend against predators.

Jellyfish have a complex life cycle; the medusa is normally the sexual phase, the planula larva can disperse widely and is followed by a sedentary polyp phase.

The Indian cormorant...

The Indian cormorant / Indian shag (Phalacrocorax fuscicollis) is a member of the cormorant family.

Cormorants and shags are medium-to-large birds, with body weight ( 0.35–5 kilogram) and wing span (45–100 centimetres)

The majority of species have dark feathers.
The bill is long, thin and hooked.
Their feet have webbing

All species are fish-eaters, catching the prey by diving from the surface. They are excellent divers, and under water they propel themselves with their feet with help from their wings

They are seen in estuaries and mangroves but not on the open coast. They breed very locally in mixed species breeding colonies

Cormorants nest in colonies around the shore, on trees, islets or cliffs.
They are coastal rather than oceanic birds,

It is a gregarious species that can be easily distinguished from the similar sized little cormorant by its blue eye, small head with a sloping forehead and a long narrow bill ending in a hooked tip.

The Cormorant may be found in small village ponds, garden ponds as well as large freshwater bodies such as rivers and lakes and even estuaries.

Otters ...

Otters are carnivorous mammals (subfamily Lutrinae.)
The 13 otter species are all semiaquatic, aquatic or marine mammals

The gestation period in otters is about 60 to 86 days.
shelter is built under tree roots, rocky cairn, It is lined with moss and grass.
To rest, otters seek refuge in underground holes, rock crevices, beaver lodges, cavities in rootsystems, or simply dense vegetation along the shoreline.

Its usual source of food is fish ,crayfish, crabs, mussels, and frogs.
They belong to the weasel family (Mustelidae) and are noted for their playful behaviour

The otter has a slender body with short legs, a strong neck, and a long flattened tail that helps propel the animal gracefully through water.

Most river otters are opportunistic, feeding on whatever is most easily obtained.

Diet often varies seasonally or locally, depending on which prey is available.

River otters hunt visually while chasing fish, but they use their manual dexterity to dislodge crabs and crayfish from under rocks.

Sensory hairs on the snout called vibrissae also assist by sensing water turbulence

They typically follow the shortest route possible and often establish much-used trails.

Pelicans..... by a long beak and a large throat pouch ...

Pelicans are large water birds that comes under the family Pelecanidae.

They are characterised by a long beak and a large throat pouch used for catching prey and draining water from the scooped-up contents before swallowing.

They have predominantly pale plumage, the exceptions being the brown

The bills, pouches, and bare facial skin of all species become brightly coloured before the breeding season.

Pelicans eat fish, which they catch by using the extensible throat pouch as a dip-net.
The pouch is not used to store the fish, which are swallowed immediately.

The eight living pelican species have a patchy global distribution, ranging latitudinally from the tropics to the temperate zone.

Pelicans inhabit lakes, rivers, and seacoasts in many parts of the world.

Some species reaching a length of 180 cm, having a wingspan of 3 metres, and weighing up to 13 kg, they are among the largest of living birds.
