One of my trip with my family  to Konni elephant training centre... Pathanamthitta 

-It's most prominent elephant training centre in kerala
-Major attractions is gaint wooden cage to house the elephant called ANAKOODU
-It's main function is for development of baby elephant that have been separated from their herd or found heart somewhere
-Training, baths and specific diets are giving to elephant 

There is also a museum discrbing about elephants...

Location : Opp kseb Konni head office. Kaipatoor -konni road kerala 689691 

Route : from chengannur Railway Station around 30km

Anakoodu

there is good parking facilities and
